I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q), practicing from a psychospiritual perspective. My practice uses various modalities towards helping you address unresolved emotional experiences, energy patterns and conditioned beliefs. I work with clients to build self-esteem, boundaries, reclaim their ego identity and acknowledge the miracle of soul, mystical experiences and multi-dimensional awareness in everyday life.
Energy Healing
An Ancient Science
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves clients feeling relaxed and renewed. In the first session, you will receive an assessment of your chakras, following there will be energy balancing, clearing and restoring the energy flow of each chakra through either energy transfer with Reiki, Sound or Crystal Healing. I love showing my clients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their wellbeing.

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and allows you to move your body in a way that feels right for you. I have been trained in Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga, most of my sessions are gentle and restorative to allow you to truly connect to your breath within the present moment. My goal is to create space for you to feel connected and grounded within yourself.

In this session together, I channel a stream of light through my voice for you to clear, heal and activate that which is needed to support your cellular upgrade in receiving and embodying more light within your energy system at this time.
